There are two basic types of convection ovens; there is the regular oven and the European model which is equipped with an extra heating element. The models come in full size or half size versions, but are also available in quarter size versions. There are several different versions of the oven like the microwave oven or the forced air model. There are floor models, countertop, and portable and digital convection ovens.
