Electric Convection Ovens

Commercial electric convection ovens use one or two fans to circulate hot air around the food and keep the temperature inside the oven even regardless of physical location within the oven. Hot spots are no longer a problem and it will not matter which rack you put food on, it will cook consistently even if it is on the bottom. Commercial electric convection ovens use the common heating element of some form but the fans help reduce the amount of energy needed maintaining the temperature and this greatly reducing cooking times up to thirty percent in most cases. An electric convection oven also takes much less time to heat up and in most applications it does not need to preheat at all. Electric convection ovens for commercial applications also tend to take up less space and are usually fairly easy to maintain.
