The Cadco XAF 133 is a half size convection oven with four included shelves, and an interior cooking capacity of 2.27 cubic feet. It can accommodate half size sheet pans and 2 1/2” deep steam table pans for creating a variety of culinary concoctions. The temperature control allows you to adjust from 175 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with a quick turn of the dial.
This electric convection oven offers a well lit interior with the use of a halogen bulb. The cooking chamber is also well insulated by the use of thermally wrapping the cooking compartment in between the exterior housing. This model Includes a 120 minute timer that provides a beep at the end of each selected cycle. This model also offers a double pained and reinforced glass door that remains cool to the touch. The three inches between shelves allows you to use a wide range and size of pans and baking dishes. Increased airflow efficiency is factored into the design and allows for consistent and even baking. The XAF133 is designed to be stacked in modular configurations with other ovens in the Cadco family.
