The Cadco XAF 130 digital countertop convection oven is a little larger than the XAF 115 in dimension. The Cadco XAF 130 oven has four shelves, which means that it can accommodate four half sized baking pans. The digital controls allows for not only the time and temperature to be monitored, but also allows a humidity setting to be utilized when necessary. When the time on the timer has expired, it will beep for 15 seconds indicating the end of the cook cycle. The dimensions of this oven are 23-5/8″ wide / 20″ high and 28-1/8″ deep. The Cadco models all come with a ten hour or continuous timer.
This model comes with an interior halogen light, a “cool-touch” double glass on the door and a unique micro safety switch which shuts down the oven whenever the door opens. The heat settings on this model range from 175 degrees to 500 degrees. The digital feature allows this oven to save up to 70 programs. There is a reinforced door that has an embedded safety feature. If the door is opened during a cycle, to prevent any damages, the smart safety feature will shut off the cooking process. This model has a two year limited warranty.
