The Cadco XAF 115 oven has three shelves which can accommodate three half sized baking pans. The dynamic control panel allows for the time and temperature to be monitored easily. Programming the oven is as simple as opening the door, loading the item to be cooked, closing the door and the program will start automatically.
There is an indicator built into the oven that will beep whenever the programmed cooking cycle has completed. Even when the product has been completed, if more cooking time is desired, there are arrows to indicate how many more minutes to cook. However, if the door is opened after the cycle has completed, there will not be a way to add additional time. There is also an automatic temperature hold at 356 degrees when the programmed cycle has ended. The width of this oven is 23-5′8″ / the height is 16-7/8″ / and the depth is 28-1/8″. The Cadco models all come with a ten hour or continuous timer. The heat settings for this model range from 175 degrees to 500 degrees.
