The Cadco XAF 103 quarter size convection oven is made mainly for counter top use. This smaller version convection oven provides the use of three included racks. You can accommodate a quarter size sheet pan on each rack, and with a depth of three inches between shelves you can hold 2 1/2” deep half size steam table pans. Doors are thermally designed double pained glass that remain cool to the touch, offering less heat in your already hot kitchen.
This oven was designed with an enhanced air circulation system to to provide even heating throughout the entire unit, allowing you to make the best use of the 175 to 500 degree Fahrenheit temperature range. Providing .92 cubic feet of interior cooking space, and specially designed to offer the ability of modular stacking, the small size does make it available for UPS delivery. This conveniently sized model is perfect for small baking needs and would fit nicely in concession stands and any other area where performance and size are issues.
