The Cadco OV-003 black convention oven model is a smaller version of the regular Cadco model convection ovens. The size of this oven is similar to the size of a small microwave, but, this oven operates from indirect heat. This quarter size compact convection oven has three shelves and can successfully hold a standard 1/4 size sheet pan or a standard 2 1/2″ deep size steam table pan. The smaller size does not impact the powerful heat settings of 175 degrees to 500 degrees. There is only one fan on this oven and the timer on this oven can be set to continuous or 60 minutes. The double wall glass door is the wonderful safety feature for this model. The actual dimensions measure 18-7/8″ in width / 15-3/4″ in height and 21-1/2″ in depth. There is a stand available for this model that allows the oven to be mobile. The warranty on this model carries a two-year limited carry-in warranty.
