The Blodgett Mark V is an electrically operated full service convection oven with all the features of any comparable ones on the market. With standard features such as solid state controls, operation is as easy as turning the dial, to the exact temperature you need, from 200 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit heats evenly by the use of three tubular heaters spaced efficiently to provide a smooth and even heating process.
The interior is easy to clean because it’s coated with a porcelain based material creating a congruent liner throughout. With double thermal pained glass windows that are warrantied with the doors for five years you are able to reduce the heat in your kitchen and keep the oven running at maximum output. This unit is is extremely well lighted with four 50 watt commercial baking lamps. With the exterior being made of stainless steel, you can wipe it down quickly and reduce overall cleaning times. With eleven rack positions and five chrome plated racks you can accommodate five full size baking trays at the same time. The eleven rack positions allow you to space the racks as close as 15/8 “. As with most of the Blodgett models available you can stack them for increased production quantities.
