The Blodgett DFG 200 is a high-end, dual flow, full-size model that incorporates a unique dual speed convection motor combining direct and indirect heat when in use. The 2 speed motor comes in 60 Hz only and two 50 watt oven lamps for commercial baking. This is one of the largest convection ovens there is available at this time. It also has custom dual glass windows and a front open door that slides out. Options on this model included with no additional costs, include the stainless steel which encases this model on the sides, top and in the front. The two 50 watt commercial bake oven lamps contribute to the extreme power of this convection oven. This convection oven has 5 full chrome plated racks that could be rearranged into 11 different rack positions.
The Blodgett DFG 200 offers a large extra depth baking area that is large enough to fit up to five full-size baking pans. Inside of this convention oven, the porcelain double sided baking compartment liner comes out for an easier cleaning experience. The steel combustion chamber is aluminized and the interior is illumined by interior lights. This model automatically includes an additional year of parts warranty should there ever be a need for replacement parts. There is also a five year limited oven door warranty.
