This sleek designed Bakers Pride Cyclone convection oven sits atop a provided stand attached to four legs with wheels for ease of mobility. It is encased with stainless steel which allows for better conductivity. The dual pane thermal glass and interior oven lights allows for an easy check on cooking, when in use, without ever disturbing the contents. There are five, easily removed for cleaning, racks that are included which allow for approximately 5 standard baking pans. The manual rotary switch acts as a safety device by turning the fan on whenever the door is open. This allows for a quicker cool down as well. The handles on the door are protected to be temperature resistant and made of black porcelain and thereby dubbed “Cool Touch” handles. The actual doors are outlaid with fully insulated 2″ of industrial grade insulation.
There is also a 60 minute timer included with a manual shut-off. The temperature can reach highs from 150 degrees to 288 degrees Celsius. There is a limited parts labor and door warranty on this model. The weight is approximately 514 pounds and measures 38 1/8″ wide / 38″D / 58 1/4 H. Additional accessories can be purchased such as: additional oven racks, perforated rear panels, stainless steel legs with or without casters and an open rack stand with rack supports (wire racks are sold separately).
