Alto-Shaam has made another design that still follows with their principle of creating equipment that is designed to save labor costs and improve operating efficiencies. This original Alto-Shaam ASC-2E is a larger convection oven that has 5 shelves which can hold up to 9 half-size sheet baking pans. It also contains 2 additional removable side shelves. It is truly a professional oven that can produce professional results by even the most amateur chef. It has feature that evens out the cooking and provides a rapid heat recovery to make for a more uniform end product.
This oven weighs approximately 250 pounds and has the dimensions of 44″ H x 42″ W x 42 ” D. The timer has a 60 minute countdown and can reach temperatures from 100 degrees Fahrenheit to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. There is only a single door included with this model and the door has a double pane thermal window. The thermal window is necessary because temperatures on this oven can reach upwards from 100 degrees Fahrenheit to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The two standard interior lights allows for easier monitoring. There is also a rear enclosure panel that is made with corrosion resistant coated this easy to clean interior standard on this model.
